Awards for Young Adult

Last night at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, Young Adult received the Vanguard Award for Creative Ensemble. This is very exciting news for the cast and crew who worked hard to bring together a very worthy film and we couldn't be happier for them. You can read all about it the Vanguard Awards ceremony here.

Also, be sure to watch the Golden Globe Awards next Sunday night where Charlize Theron is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Comedy.

A Gifted Man is All New This Friday!

First, a thousand apologies for the long absence from updating. There is a LOT going on these days in the world of Patrick Wilson and we'll be getting caught up over the next couple of days.

But right now, I want to remind you that this Friday we will FINALLY be treated to a brand spanking new episode of A Gifted Man.

In this week's episode 10, "In Case of a Bolt from the Blue," it is Michael that faces the need for emergency surgery while tending patients at Clinica Sanando during a blizzard.

It is VITAL that you watch this Friday. Spread the word and get your friends, family, neighbors and random strangers watching. There are 6 planned episodes left in the season, but CBS still has nothing to replace A Gifted Man after February. Which means getting a few more episodes ordered (and getting a miraculous second season) is going to depend almost entirely on how many people tune in THIS WEEK.

So spread the word, set your DVRs and watch the heck out "In Case of a Bolt from the Blue."

Additional Episodes Coming for A Gifted Man

Hello, friends!

The good news is that CBS announced yesterday they are ordering three more episodes of A Gifted Man.

And while this isn't quite as exciting as a full season pick up, it does show that the network isn't ready to pronounce a time of death on our favorite medical drama.

However, this is hardly a ringing endorsement for the series either, and it's going to be VITAL that we continue to watch, tweet, facebook, and tell everyone we know to turn on those TVs on Friday nights and watch this show.

Because CBS doesn't have another series slated to take over, which means there is still a big chance we'll get that full season.
